STOPit Admin is the incident management system for reports submitted via the STOPit App, Web or Hotline. From STOPit Admin, administrators can also follow up on incidents, send out broadcast notifications, run analytics as well as trend reports, and much more.
Quickly review incidents and set status, type, notes, and additional information. Authorized administrators all see the same details and can contribute to addressing the incident. Activity logs keep track of the updates as they are made.
Customize alerts to notify your administrative team of new incidents via email or text, and assign incidents to designated users to improve workflow and your incident management process.
Encrypted and anonymous messaging allows for real-time, 2-way communication about an incident with the incident submitter. The Broadcast feature enables administrators to send mass communication to the entire organization.
